My journey to be healthy
I tried so many things. I really did. No matter what I did, nothing happened. I wanted to be healthy.π I know with obesity, various type of health issues can be occurred. I tried different kind of healthy tea brands and even diets.π Keto diets, water diets, egg diets but nothing made any progress not that those diets didnt work, they worked in a way. However ones I switched to normal meals, I regained the dropped weight again. That is why I am saying nothing worked. So, tried low crab diets.π₯π€©
It was really difficult at first.π£ However I did not give up. I was able to drop out 10kg.π I was so happy.ππI was over the moon.π€ Everyone noticed the difference. They gave me a positive feedback.ππ I am still trying to maintain my healthy calorie intake. Because as we all know "Health is wealth"π
