The day I almost became a professional chef

🤔Yesterday, with the arrival of my causin, I thought doing something fun. Sometimes, I like to do experimental cooking and sometimes I strictly follow a recipe. It really depends on my mood. Rather than doing the above, I thought to mix things up.

  So, with her arrival, I thought of making something special. Something I have never made. After reading so many recipes in pintrest, finally I end up with "Nazi guran"🥴

  Just like the name of the dish, the process was also confusing. I borrowed the recipe from a website. Rather than following it step by step. I kind a change little bit.😉

  Somehow I made the dish. Well, the dish looked amazing.😊😁

   I honestly had no idea that the dish will end up so good.😋 Everyone praised me and I was over the moon. Within few minutes, the plates became empty. I felt like a chef, not a ordinary one but a professional chef.😎👩‍🍳
